In order to be eligible for this drawing your reservation will need to be made prior to June 30, 2023 at 5pm Central Time at host hotel Embassy Suites Oklahoma City Northwest.
The names attached to the reservations will be entered in to a drawing that will be drawn at opening day of Convention, August 31, 2023 at 7:30pm. Any reservations made after June 30, 2023 will not be eligible. Free night stay will be applied after attendee checks in to hotel for one night to the existing reservation. Reservations will not be adjusted to change room type or dates of stay after the winner is selected.
